How Care Is Routed

Cosmetic consultations, medical referrals, and Circle-based patient care are connected, but they are not the same pathway.

Cosmetic consultations can be booked online. EyeFACE Medical™ generally requires a referral from a physician, optometrist, or nurse practitioner. EyeFACE Circle™ supports secure intake, photos, documents, messaging, proposals, and follow-up.

Consultations, medical care, and clinic visits are based at EyeFACE Institute in Suite 318. Yonge Ambulatory Surgery Centre is a dedicated outpatient surgery centre in Suite 316.
