Dr. Gill's Fees — 2026
Fees below are for private-pay procedures performed by Dr. Harmeet Gill (Founder, ASOPRS fellowship-trained). Ranges are in CAD and final quotes clarify applicable taxes, facility, sedation, anesthesia, structured follow-up care, and adjunctive treatment details. EyeFACE associate surgeon fees vary by surgeon, setting, and case plan.
| Procedure | Fee | What's Included |
|---|---|---|
| Upper Blepharoplasty (cosmetic) | $5,000-$9,500 | Range depends on case complexity, surgical time, tissue preservation, anesthesia support, facility needs, and whether adjunctive eyelid support is required. |
| Lower Blepharoplasty | $6,700-$14,000 | Range depends on fat repositioning, lid support, prior filler, revision complexity, anesthesia support, and facility needs. |
| Four-Lid Blepharoplasty (upper + lower) | $9,700-$18,000 | A coordinated upper and lower eyelid plan may be more efficient than staging separately, but surgical time, sedation, facility needs, and eyelid support needs change the quote. |
| Cosmetic Consultation | In-person $450 + HST · Virtual $300 + HST | Consultation fees are listed before HST so tax is clear in advance. Your visit determines the appropriate next step and written surgical quote. |
These are planning ranges for Dr. Gill's cosmetic eyelid surgery and consultation fees. Endoscopic facial surgery, Advanced Skin, laser treatment, and Regenerative care are priced separately. Functional OHIP-insured eyelid surgery is discussed separately below because it follows Ontario's prior authorization process.

Procedure type and case complexity
Upper, lower, and four-eyelid blepharoplasty each involve different anatomy, exposure, tissue preservation, eyelid support, and operative time. A straightforward upper blepharoplasty cost is not the same as a lower eyelid or four-lid plan that requires more structural work.
Surgeon, procedure plan, and setting
The ranges on this page reflect Dr. Gill's cosmetic surgical fees. EyeFACE associate surgeon fees vary by surgeon, setting, and case plan, and are discussed transparently when that option is appropriate.
Surgical technique and operative time
Upper eyelid deep-plane release, selective fat preservation, transconjunctival lower access, skin pinch, canthopexy, fat repositioning, and revision work each affect complexity and surgical length. Dr. Gill uses the technique that best suits your anatomy rather than a standard protocol.
Adjunctive procedures when needed
Some eyelid surgery pricing changes when the safest plan includes additional eyelid-specific steps such as lacrimal gland repositioning, canthopexy, fat repositioning, revision work, or added eyelid support. These are recommended only when they fit the clinical plan.
Sedation, anesthesia, and facility needs
A short upper eyelid procedure under local anesthesia is not the same financial or clinical plan as a longer lower eyelid, four-lid, revision, or combined procedure with deeper sedation, anesthesia support, or a different facility setting.
Combined procedures
Combining upper and lower blepharoplasty, or combining cosmetic eyelid surgery with another facial procedure, may be more efficient than staging separate operations. The quote still depends on total surgical time, anesthesia, facility, and recovery planning.
Structured follow-up
EyeFACE eyelid surgery is not treated as a procedure day alone. Surgical planning includes structured recovery guidance and follow-up over the year after surgery, because safety, refinement, and final results continue after the operating room.
What's included
Your written quote clarifies the surgeon's fee, facility, sedation or anesthesia plan, adjunctive treatments, structured follow-up care, and applicable taxes or third-party fees. The goal is to avoid low headline pricing that becomes unclear later.
When OHIP Covers Eyelid Surgery
Upper blepharoplasty can be functional, cosmetic, or a blend of both concerns. OHIP coverage is for the functional part, but the threshold is specific: Ontario's Schedule of Benefits describes insured blepharoplasty as a vertical visual field defect crossing the fixation point caused by redundant eyelid skin, with Ministry of Health prior authorization. If your main goal is optimized symmetry, eyelid folds, crease shape, shadows, or fat-pad refinement, that belongs in a cosmetic eyelid surgery plan rather than the OHIP process.

Dermatochalasis with visual field obstruction
For upper blepharoplasty, Ontario's Schedule criterion is a vertical visual field defect crossing the fixation point caused by redundant eyelid skin, with Ministry prior authorization.
Ptosis (eyelid drooping)
When the eyelid margin obstructs the visual axis or produces significant visual field loss. Ptosis repair is a distinct procedure from cosmetic blepharoplasty.
Ectropion (outward turning lower lid)
When the lower eyelid turns outward, causing corneal exposure, chronic tearing, or surface damage.
Entropion (inward turning lower lid)
When the lower lid turns inward so lashes contact the cornea, causing irritation or corneal damage.
How the OHIP Pathway Is Confirmed
Functional upper blepharoplasty requests require Ministry of Health prior authorization supported by the required computer-generated visual field report and interpretive report. Approval can take weeks to months. When functional surgery is appropriate, associate oculoplastic surgeons perform that procedure.
