Yonge Ambulatory Surgery Centre (YASC)
For longer RERF® procedures — particularly RERF-M and RERF-C — an overnight stay at YASC is available and recommended. YASC (Suite 316, 4789 Yonge Street) is a state-of-the-art, CPSO-inspected Level 2 Out-of-Hospital Premises located on-site at EyeFACE Institute. All procedures take place in the same facility where you recover — no hospital transfer, no unfamiliar environment.

OFA-Bleph™ vs. standard blepharoplasty
Standard blepharoplasty removes fat and excises skin. OFA-Bleph™ repositions fat on its living blood supply, so orbital volume is not discarded. The published fees above include the surgeon, a CPSO Level 2 facility, and the anaesthesia listed in each row.
What RERF® includes
RERF-M at $27,000–$33,000 includes endoscopic midface and brow lift, donor-site fat harvest and hand-processing, nanofat, PRP, and Erbium laser in one session. RERF-C ($38,000–$45,000) is an all-day procedure that adds deep-plane face and neck restoration. Ask what any quoted fee includes before you compare figures.
What's included vs. what's added on
EyeFACE fees include the surgeon's fee, YASC (Level 2 facility), RN or TIVA anaesthesia, and all post-operative visits. Confirm whether a quoted fee covers the surgeon only, or also the facility and anaesthesia.
OHIP Coverage
Upper OFA-Bleph™ is fully covered by OHIP when excess eyelid skin causes documented visual field obstruction. Patients who qualify pay nothing out-of-pocket for the surgery. Dr. Gill assesses OHIP eligibility at every upper eyelid consultation, arranges required testing, and manages the submission — at no additional charge.
