Emergencies

This site is not monitored for emergencies. Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request through this site is a request only. It is not a booking, not a confirmed appointment, and not acceptance as a patient. We will contact you to discuss availability and suitability. We may decline a request at our discretion.

Please do not include detailed personal health information in the free-text portion of the form. Share only what is necessary to describe your general area of interest; clinical details are best discussed directly with our team. Our handling of information you do submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

Interactive Features

This site may offer interactive features, including an AI-assisted information tool. Any such feature provides general information only, does not provide medical advice, and does not form a physician-patient relationship. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied on for any clinical decision. Please do not enter personal health information into these features.
