Follow the exact suite and arrival instructions in your appointment confirmation email. Your instructions will clarify whether your visit is at the clinic in Suite 318 or YASC in Suite 316.
Before You Arrive
Two suites, one building.
EyeFACE Institute and YASC share an address but operate as separate visits. Consultations and most medical assessments take place in Suite 318. On the day of an outpatient procedure, your pre-operative instructions will confirm whether to arrive at Suite 316. Please follow the suite noted in your appointment confirmation.

Underground parking is available in the Hullmark Building complex.
Transit
The facility is steps from Sheppard-Yonge subway station, Lines 1 and 4.
