Endoscopic Facial
Lifting Toronto

Endoscopic brow, midface, and deep-plane concepts are components of EyeFACE RERF® planning, not isolated menu items.

Midface and lower facial descent is one of the most visible aspects of ageing, but EyeFACE does not present brow lift, midface lift, deep-plane lift, and lower eyelid surgery as disconnected choices. These are anatomical components inside the OFA-Bleph™ and RERF® systems.

At EyeFACE, structural lifting is planned from the anatomy: upper face first when needed, then midface, then lower face and neck. The final operation is bespoke, but the logic remains top-down and layer-by-layer.

Connected Facial Planning

Endoscopic facial surgery is most useful when the face is treated as one connected structure.

The eye area sits on the brow above and the cheek below. When either support zone drops, the eyelids can look heavier, longer, hollowed, or tired even if the eyelid itself is not the only problem. This is the rationale behind RERF® endoscopic deep-plane facial surgery.

Is it an eyelid issue, a cheek issue, or both?

Many under-eye concerns come from the lower eyelid and cheek together. A lower blepharoplasty can improve the eyelid, but midface descent may still need structural support.

Does the brow change the upper eyelid plan?

If brow descent is creating hooding, removing upper eyelid skin alone can miss the real frame of the problem.

Is lower-face descent part of the same pattern?

When jowling, jawline softness, or neck laxity are present, EyeFACE considers whether a deeper facial plan is more honest than isolated eye surgery.
